Full Job Description

  • Analyse timesheet, resource utilisation and project performance data, producing executive reporting packs, dashboards and insights that help senior leaders make informed decisions on workforce planning, productivity and strategic priorities.
  • Drive consistency and data quality across the business by championing the effective use of Jira and Tempo, promoting accurate time recording, and identifying opportunities to improve reporting, productivity and project outcomes.
  • Support the successful delivery of strategic projects by monitoring milestones and budgets, tracking actions, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring project progress is clearly communicated through timely status reporting and performance analysis.
  • We offer structured development, clear progression, and genuine ownership - whether that means leading projects, shaping strategy, or mentoring others. You'll work in a collaborative environment where strong performers progress quickly. You can expect:
  • A transparent progression structure, regular feedback, and annual performance reviews.
  • Opportunities to lead cross-functional projects, influence technical direction, and contribute to the evolution of our platform engineering capabilities.
  • You can expect to become a trusted partner to senior leaders, using timesheet, resource utilisation and productivity data to provide actionable insights that support workforce planning, project prioritisation and strategic decision-making across the business.

You enjoy turning complex data into actionable insights, using timesheet, resource utilisation and performance information to influence decisions and support business leaders.
  • You're confident working with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships, challenging constructively where needed, and driving consistency in processes, reporting and data quality.
  • You have experience supporting projects or business change initiatives, are highly organised, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can balance detailed analysis with broader business objectives.
  • Ready to use your analytical expertise to influence strategic decisions and drive business performance across Acturis? Join Acturis and take on a role where your impact is immediate, your ideas matter, and your progression is limitless.

At Acturis, innovation isn't just part of our culture - it's in our DNA. Our journey began in 2000 in the garage of our co-founder, Theo Duchen, who-together with fellow former McKinsey partner David McDonald-set out to reinvent insurance technology. From those start-up beginnings, Acturis has grown into a global SaaS leader transforming the insurance industry. Today, over 100,000 users in 40+ countries rely on our platform to run and grow their businesses. By partnering closely with brokers, insurers, and MGAs, we continue to shape modern insurance across both personal and commercial lines. Recognised as a Great Place to Work® 2026 Acturis combines the agility and innovation of a start-up with the scale and stability of an industry leader. You'll join a team where expertise is valued, ideas move fast, and talented people make a real impact from day one. And as an EcoVadis Committed-rated organisation, we focus on creating long-term value by operating in a sustainable and responsible way.
