Turn your Practical Plumbing Skills to Powerful Impact! - Support the next generation of aspiring Plumbers! As a Skills Practitioner at our Dover Campus, you'll play a key role in bringing learning to life, supporting both staff and students to deliver high-quality, hands-on training. Working closely with colleagues and external partners, you'll help learners build confidence and achieve their goals, while ensuring workshops are safe, well-organised, and fully equipped for practical learning. In this role, you will:
- Monitor and promote excellent Health & Safety practices within workshop sessions
- Order, organise, and issue stock and supplies to keep sessions running smoothly
- Assist in workshop preparation
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students

We're looking for someone who enjoys supporting others to develop practical skills and confidence, while contributing to outstanding teaching and learning. - With some industry experience in the Plumbing sector
