Full Job Description
ROLE: Plumbing Engineer HOURS: Full Time LOCATION:: Norfolk At Mitie, our people are our greatest strength, and our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day. We're looking for a Plumbing Engineer who will work with a range of Mitie clients undertaking inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations. Role Responsibilities: (4-5 Points)
- Undertake inspections, adaptations, and repairs across commercial plumbing and drainage systems.
- Carry out pipework inspections and remedial work to a high standard of service delivery.
- Respond to client queries, report defects, and keep clients informed during service visits.
- Accurately complete all work-related documentation, including inspection and remedial logs.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working. Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role. (3-5 Points)
- Background within Maintenance / Facilities Management environment or similar.
- Qualified to C&G Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent / technical diploma.
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety and safe systems of working.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
