Hours: 40 hours per weekWe are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.Join our dedicated team where you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality maintenance services across our Essex contract. This is an opportunity to use your plumbing expertise whilst developing your multi-skilled capabilities in a supportive and collaborative environment.What will you be responsible for?As a Multi Skilled Plumber, you'll be working within the maintenance team, supporting them in delivering customer-focused, cost-effective and efficient maintenance services. Your day to day will include:Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on plumbing systems and building fabricInstalling new plant and equipment, diagnosing and repairing faults on systemsCompleting all necessary documentation, job packs and reports accurately and in a timely mannerWorking safely in accordance with work instructions, safe working practices and method

statementsMaintaining plant rooms, workshops and storage areas to a high standard of cleanlinessWhat are we looking for?This role of Multi Skilled Plumber is great for you if:You have a strong background in mechanical maintenance with plumbing expertise, plus fabric and basic electrical maintenance skillsYou bring extensive experience in both planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasksYou hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent (preferable)You're proactive, detail-oriented and committed to delivering excellent customer serviceYou enjoy working collaboratively within a team and building positive relationships with colleagues and clientsRewards and benefitsWe're proud to be able to offer our brilliant people a wide variety of benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
