Are you an experienced Plumber looking for a varied and hands-on role within a busy healthcare environment?
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? Are you looking to join a team where your plumbing skills will directly contribute to the safe, reliable and efficient operation of a critical site?
We are looking for an experienced Plumber Technician to join our Facilities Management team at Churchill Hospital.
In addition to your core plumbing responsibilities, you will provide additional technical support to the wider Facilities Management team in key mechanical, HVAC and building services areas, where appropriate and within your level of competence. This may include supporting systems such as AHUs, FCUs, chillers, BMS, life safety systems, emergency lighting and access control.
The role will involve responding to planned and reactive maintenance requirements, carrying out preventative maintenance, identifying faults and ensuring plant and equipment remain safe, reliable and compliant.
