Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative Swindon & Surrounding Areas Up to £40,660 + Van, Fuel Card & Excellent Benefits I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative to join a well-established and highly regarded property services contractor delivering repairs, maintenance, refurbishment and compliance services to housing providers and public sector organisations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business on a long-term social housing contract covering Swindon and the surrounding areas, where you'll play a key role in ensuring residents' homes remain safe, comfortable and well maintained. The Opportunity This role is ideally suited to a qualified plumber with strong multi-trade experience who enjoys a varied and customer-facing position. While plumbing will be your core trade, you'll also support a wide range of maintenance and repair works including carpentry, tiling, plastering and decorating. Working within occupied residential

Essential Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing (or equivalent) Valid Unvented Hot Water Systems Certificate Previous experience across multiple trades, including tiling, carpentry, plastering and decorating Ability to safely isolate and test electrical components Full UK driving licence Own professional tool kit Experience within social housing repairs and maintenance Strong understanding of health and safety practices High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship What's on Offer?
