Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Plumber to join our FM Hard Services team based in South London and Kent.Location: South London and KentHours: 40 hours per weekWe are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.We are seeking a Mobile Plumber to join our FM Hard Services team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites throughout South London and Kent. The role will focus on plumbing and mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring clients receive a safe, compliant, and high-quality maintenance service. You will work independently across multiple sites, undertaking preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and small installation works whilst maintaining excellent relationships with clients and subcontractors.What will you be responsible for?As a Plumber, you'll be working within the FM Hard Services team, supporting them in delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across
commercial sites. Your day to day will include:Carrying out scheduled plumbing and mechanical maintenance activities across multiple client sites, ensuring works are completed to contractual requirementsResponding to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing faults and implementing effective repairs in a timely mannerUndertaking maintenance, repair and minor installation works on plumbing systems, pipework, sanitaryware, pumps, valves and associated mechanical equipmentBuilding and maintaining positive working relationships with clients, site representatives and subcontractorsEnsuring all work is carried out in accordance with health, safety and environmental procedures, completing risk assessments and associated documentationWhat are we looking for?This role of Plumber is great for you if:You have demonstrable experience working within a mobile building maintenance or FM environmentYou have strong plumbing experience including maintenance, fault finding, repairs and installations across
