Full Job Description
Join our dedicated team as a Commercial Plumber/Multi Trade and play a vital role in delivering exceptional maintenance services. You'll work closely with our contract management team to provide cost-effective and efficient solutions, ensuring we meet both our contractual commitments and the needs of our customers.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Commercial Plumber/Multi Trade, you'll be working within the maintenance team, supporting them in delivering customer-focused maintenance services. Your day to day will include:
-Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and improvement works
-Diagnosing and repairing faults on systems and plant equipment
-Installing new equipment when required
-Completing all job packs, reports, and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
-Using IT systems including tablets, phones, and apps to support service delivery
You're a qualified plumber with commercial and M&E experience
-You hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
-You have up to 3 years of relevant business experience
-You're proactive in identifying and reporting faults and issues
-You're committed to working safely and maintaining high standards, Disability Confident
