Full Job Description
- NVQ level 2 in Plumbing and Heating with experience in plumbing maintenance
- Experience in operating light plant
- Legionella awareness and compliance is desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in a commercial environment

The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week. Staff are required to work on a rota basis between 07.45am - 16.45pm. There will be a need to work 1 in 3 weekends, but this would be on a rota basis (and with an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary). The base salary is between £29,009 - £35,015 dependant on experience. By using our facilities management expertise, we help keep 60 secure premises across England and Wales running smoothly. What you will do: - Routine and non-routine maintenance.
- Mains water supply repairs.
- Fault finding Identification of life expired equipment, checking, repairing and making good faults.
- Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.
