The Role

Location: Newcastle area (mobile role)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

No evenings. No weekends. No on-call.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be working across commercial and domestic sites, keeping systems safe and compliant.

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)


• Tank disinfections, replacements and general plumbing repairs


• Mains injections and local disinfection work


• Reactive maintenance and fault finding


• Installing and maintaining pipework, TMVs and fixtures


• Removing dead legs and modifying systems


• Keeping accurate records and working safely at all times

What We're Looking For

• City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)


• G3 Unvented (desirable)


• Solid background in commercial plumbing


• Experience with water hygiene tasks


• Full UK driving licence

Ideally, you'll have some water treatment experience or be supervisor / team lead and even an RPZ ticket. If you have these qualities we may be able to offer a higher basic.
