• Carry out responsive repairs, maintenance, and improvement works to our housing stock.
• Work across plumbing and associated trades (e.g., tiling, plastering, decorating).
• Deliver first-time fixes wherever possible.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues.
• Maintain your van stock and ensure tools and equipment are safe and ready to go.
• Participate in our emergency call-out rota.
  
  Relevant NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent evidenced experience
• A clean, current driving licence.
• A team player with great communication and customer service skills.
• Someone who takes pride in their work and finishes jobs to a high standard.
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
• Experience working in social housing or with mobile repairs software
