Full Job Description
We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Plasterer / Damp Proofer to join our expanding Property Services Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services that reflect our commitment to putting customers first and driving continuous improvement. As part of our newly formed Damp and Mould Team, you'll help us tackle one of the most important challenges in maintaining safe, healthy homes.
To be successful in this role, you should have completed a recognised plastering trade apprenticeship or possess equivalent, relevant experience. You'll need to demonstrate a high level of skill across all aspects of plastering - from minor repairs to large-scale works - with excellent attention to detail in a variety of settings, including occupied, void, domestic, and non-domestic properties.,
- A good knowledge of damp and mould We're also looking for someone with relevant qualifications or practical experience in additional trades such as brickwork, paving, and tiling You should have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, have strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service with a solid understanding of health and safety practices A full UK driving license is essential.
