Plasterer

Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Plastering background and are comfortable to working on damp and mold within tenanted Social Housing properties.
Plastering can be minor patch plastering to full room plastering, dry lining, flat and skim as required
Damp & Mold washing and Thermal Painting
Social Housing experience is essential as you will be working in tenanted properties on general repairs maintenance.
Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
Following Novus' exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
NVQ Level 2 Plastering
Full UK driving license is required.
The role will also require a DBS check to be completed

This is an exciting opportunity for a Plasterer to join Novus Property Solutions, Responsive Repairs and minor works division, providing high-quality repairs and replacement services within Social Housing tenanted properties
