Plasma Researcher
We're looking for a Plasma Researcher to join a growing R&D team developing innovative clean energy technology. You'll work alongside multidisciplinary engineers and scientists to research plasma systems, analyse experimental data, design test programmes and provide technical insight that supports product development.
What you'll do
- Research and review scientific literature to support ongoing technology development.
- Design and recommend test programmes to improve understanding of plasma processes and related systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to solve technical challenges.
- Produce clear technical reports, calculations and data-driven recommendations.
- Support prototype development, testing and validation programmes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
What you'll bring
- Degree in Physics, Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in a laboratory, research or engineering environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Python, MATLAB or similar data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
