and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potentialStream - Employee financial wellbeing support: early access to your earned pay, savings, budgeting, financial coaching & rewardWhat you'll be doing:Lead a large team to deliver overall performance objectives including financial targets, production, plant availability, safety and complianceManage the Facility in line with Veolia Minimum Requirements (VMR) toolkit standard, Environmental Permit requirements, ISO standards and ERF safety systemsDirect and coordinate all aspects of Energy Recovery, Mechanical Treatment and Material Recovery Facilities operationsPrepare annual budgets for Operations & Maintenance and manage P&L responsibility (Multi £M revenue)Interact with internal and external stakeholders to deliver client contracts, drive high levels of contract performance and maintain strategic technical oversightRecord and process accidents, incidents and audit/inspection non-conformities in line with internal and
