We're now looking for a Planning & Training First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success.If you're a proactive leader with a passion for logistics, we want you on our team!WHAT YOU'LL DODevelop and maintain operational plans to support customer volumes, priorities, and service requirements.Coordinate and deliver training for new starters, existing colleagues, and FLMs in line with site operational standards.Maintain training matrices and ensure compliance with mandatory, customer-specific, and MHE training

requirements.Review operational performance and resource requirements to ensure adequate labour planning and skills coverage.Support continuous improvement initiatives through coaching, development, and best practice implementation.Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork.
