This is an excellent opportunity to influence strategic decision making and improve outcomes for adults and communities. You will be skilled at turning complex data into a clear and compelling narrative, supporting the development of well-evidenced, practical improvement plans that drive better outcomes. You will bring strong experience or transferable skills in business planning, performance management, data analysis and service improvement within adult social care, health, local government or a similarly complex organisation. You will be confident working across teams and with partners, able to turn data into clear insight and improvement plans and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
