Full Job Description

Conduct land registry searches and liaise with the Land Access team where required.

Produce scaled drawings for planning applications and Code Agreements.

Create accurate as-built drawings of the network.

Raise and validate Notices of Intent with Openreach.

Generate digital signatures for wayleave agreements.

Support the planning team with general administrative tasks.

Produce correspondence on behalf of the Land Access team.

Prepare accurate build information for telecoms pole installations.

Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.

Experience using Microsoft Office.

Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Exposure to telecoms, utilities, or infrastructure environments (advantageous).

Knowledge of Openreach systems/PIA infrastructure (advantageous).

Experience using CAD or GIS software (advantageous).

A degree in Surveying, Geography, Geology, or similar (advantageous).

A starting salary up to £28,000, dependent on experience.
