Planning and Logistics SAP Lead

The role of the P&L SAP Lead is to assist the business improve its use of the SAP S/4 system and ways of working and to provide first line support to SAP end users. The SAP Lead is viewed as the expert of both SAP functionality and the associated business processes within Operations. Core duties:

• Represent function/site for SAP usage, adoption, governance, and future change or enhancement requests
• Provide day to day SAP support, triaging queries, resolving process gaps, and liaising with IM&T/Help Desk
• Reinforce consistent end-user adoption and effective use of SAP within the function
• Maintain SAP process and procedure documentation in line with BMS governance requirements
• Maintain SAP training materials and deliver training for new starters
  
  Demonstrates good understanding of SAP S/4, with cross functional knowledge of processes, interfaces, and practices
• Understands the importance of accurate data and effective data governance
• Evidence of utilising SAP industry best practice to drive continuous improvement
• Demonstrates high personal drive; self motivated and proactive
