Full Job Description
Planning and scheduling of the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)/ reactive work requests in the CAFM system to relevant work teams or individual resource,
-Proactive management and delivery of Movex requests in line with Sellafield procedures,
-Take a proactive approach to day-to-day client and vendor queries, assisting where necessary and ensuring issues are relayed promptly to management,
-Administrate and arranging meetings including preparation of agendas, recording and distributing minutes, WIP meeting (weekly Mitigation/WIP meeting with team leaders),
-To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
Scheduling, planning or coordinating experience,
-A dynamic, organised individual with excellent communication skills,
-Confident in using Microsoft Office packages,
-A general knowledge of nuclear site operational practices is highly desirable!
-Any service delivery, operational support, customer service experience,
-Due to location Full UK License is advised
