Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager for the South East region, the Planner / Scheduler is responsible for the planning, scheduling and booking of all site visits across pre- planned maintenance, risk assessment and remedial departments. • Scheduling works based on geographic location.
• Ensuring in- field team workloads are scheduled productively each day in line with customer requirements and that work is
executed as planned
• Updating our database with site specific details.
• Communicating appointments to site representatives in line with contractual requirements, by email and telephone
• Creating job packs and ensuring the internal systems are up to date.
• Communicating with both customers and IWS employees to facilitate first time completion of site visits.
• Ad-Hoc administrative tasks as required

• Scheduling/ planning: 1 year (required)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (required)
• Supply chain: 1 year (preferred)
• Clean Water Industry working: 1 year (preferred)
