Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised Planner to join our team, responsible for managing incoming enquiries, monitoring shared mailboxes, and coordinating the allocation of job requests to engineers. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational activities are effectively scheduled and managed while maintaining accurate system records., We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and coordination skills who can build strong working relationships with clients and internal service teams. This role requires a proactive approach to scheduling, issue escalation, and service delivery to ensure all tasks are planned and assigned ahead of SLA deadlines. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming enquiries and process requests efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain shared mailboxes.
  • Allocate job requests to engineers in line with operational requirements.
  • Ensure all associated systems are accurately maintained and updated.
  • Maintain a 72-hour look-ahead schedule to ensure work is planned in advance of SLA deadlines.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal service teams.
  • Provide clear communication and regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Escalate issues promptly and appropriately when required.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
