Job Summary We're looking for a Planned Finishing Supervisor to join our team and work in an agile manner across key locations. The role focuses on managing and delivering Planned Works, supporting a frontline team, and ensuring high quality service delivery to homes within the operating area. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management and delivery of the Planned Works team.
  • Support the management of a frontline-facing team within a trade environment.
  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders across the business to ensure delivery of a high-performing service.
  • Own the development of a highly motivated, customer-focused and value-based team.
  • Monitor customer feedback and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
