Full Job Description

We are recruiting for a Planned Delivery Surveyor to support our PAS2035 Retrofit Programme, playing a key role in quality assurance, resident engagement, and project handover across our retrofit and energy efficiency works in Wiltshire and Gloucestershire. This role will act as an essential member of the PAS2035 project team, ensuring that improvement works are delivered to the highest standards, compliant with PAS2035 pathways, and aligned with organisational objectives for decarbonisation and energy performance., Carry out site inspections to verify the quality, safety, and PAS2035 compliance of retrofit works including insulation, ventilation, window/door replacements, heating measures, and renewable technologies. - Provide technical support to the Retrofit Coordinator, Designers, and Installers to ensure delivery meets specifications and industry standards. - Engage proactively with residents to explain works, address concerns, and support smooth project delivery. - Ensure all handover documentation, photographic evidence, and sign-off information is complete and accurate for each measure and property. - Work closely with internal project managers and external contractors to monitor progress, performance, and adherence to agreed timelines and KPIs. - Identify defects, ensure they are corrected promptly, and support continuous improvement and best practice across the programme. - Review technical specifications, drawings, and surveys to support robust planning and delivery. - Contribute to risk management, health & safety compliance, and quality assurance throughout the construction and retrofit process. - Act as a key link between delivery teams, residents, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination and customer satisfaction.

Experience in surveying, construction quality assurance, or retrofit project delivery. - Knowledge of PAS2035 processes and retrofit principles (desirable, training can be provided). - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with contractors and residents. - Ability to identify technical issues and ensure high?`quality workmanship. - Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
