About the team…
We are a small, supportive team who work closely together with Adult Social Care to deliver a high-quality placements service. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do and we value open communication, shared problem-solving and mutual support.

Key responsibilities…
Working as part of a team, you will be required to process and respond to referrals for support from care teams and to respond with options within agreed framework deadlines.
Building relationships and knowledge of providers and services as part of the sourcing process.
QA referrals for support to ensure they are person centred and Care Act compliant.
Responsible for adding service lines to the Adult Social Care system so that providers are paid and individuals are charged in accordance with their financial assessment.
To cover the Duty role in times of pressure.

Interview date
Interviews will be held 5th to 8th May 2026.

Interviews will be conducted in person, providing candidates with the chance to personally meet the team and experience our work environment.

As a Placements Officer - Adults, you will be a confident and organised professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be comfortable problem-solving, offering practical solutions and working effectively under pressure to meet challenging deadlines.

You will have the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with colleagues and external providers.
