As Placement and Planning Officer, you will support the Placement, Planning and Performance Manger in the tracking of placements and funding for children and young people with Education, Health and Care Plans. Finance experience, good communication skills, data accuracy and the ability to effectively prioritise your workload are essential for this role, as is the ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales. Knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice would be an additional benefit. Please use the documents below to help support you with your application form.
