Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our kitchen teams across Hackney and Walthamstow . The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas according to our established recipes and high-quality standards.,
- Preparing and portioning pizza dough, sauces, and fresh toppings daily.
- Operating pizza ovens efficiently and maintaining consistent cooking temperatures.
- Ensuring the quality, presentation, and consistency of all pizzas.
- Managing stock rotation and contributing to inventory control.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation in adherence to food safety standards.
- Collaborating effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of pizza making techniques, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
