Pizza Chef - The Baking Bear - London

Hi,I am looking for a PART-TIME pizza chef to join me at the White Bear pub in Farringdon. approximately 20 hours a week. We will soon start a new big 22 inches pizza pies and pizza by slice concept. Training will be provided but some experience is required,and motivation is necessary. Sundays close,Saturdays only evenings when require,other days service from 12 to 9 pm. The ideal candidate should be able to handle the service on his own,preparing toppings from scratch,making the dough following the recipes and respecting cleaning procedures. Compact menu, only 5 pizzas on,plus one special on rotation every two weeks. If this sounds exciting and location suits you please pop in for a chat. Thank you!
