Looking for an experienced pizza chef to work at LARDO London Fields for tomorrow and Monday.

LARDO is a busy neighbourhood Italian restaurant in Hackney known for proper sourdough pizza, great wine, and an open kitchen that runs with energy and precision. We're looking for an experienced pizzaiolo to help us out.

You'll be working with long-fermented sourdough dough made in-house

A high-heat gas pizza oven

A fully open kitchen where pace, cleanliness and craft matter

We need someone who:

• Is confident stretching, topping, and firing consistently great pizzas during a fast service.
• Works calmly in a visible, team-driven environment
• Takes pride in detail, organisation and quality

TWO SHIFTS AVAILABLE

• Sunday 11:45-21:00
• Monday 11:45-21:00

£19 p/h
