Full Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Pizza Chef to join our team in Hackney Central. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong focus on consistency, hygiene, and teamwork., Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas to a high standard
- Stretch, top, and bake dough efficiently during service
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepped in advance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to management
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Previous experience as a pizza chef or in a similar kitchen role
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
