Location: British Patagonia Bakery, Upper Street, Islington
Concept: Evening pizza, wine & cocktails (BP Nights)
Salary
- £35000 per year + TRONC
- Salaried role (no overtime - hours built into the contract)
Working Pattern
- 4 days on / 3 days off. 45hrs contract
- Thursday to Sunday
- Typical shifts:
- Thu-Fri: ~12:00 pm - 11:00 pm
- Sat: ~11:00 am - 11:00 pm
- Sun: ~11:00 am - 10:00 pm (including Sunday service)
Role & Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking pizzas during BP Nights service
- Dough handling, stretching, topping, baking, and plating
- Managing pizza section independently during service
- Keeping the pizza station clean, organised, and food-safe
- Supporting prep when service is quiet (for nights or next day bakery use)
- Maintaining consistent quality, pace, and presentation
