Full Job Description
- Prepare, stretch, and dress pizzas meticulously to company standards, ensuring exceptional quality.
- Manage all aspects of dough preparation, including fermentation and storage.
- Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently during service, ensuring optimal cooking.
- Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes.
- Ensure strict compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with stock control, inventory management, and overall kitchen organisation.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Proven previous experience as a Pizzaiolo or Pizza Chef. - Strong knowledge and understanding of dough fermentation processes and pizza preparation techniques.
- Experience working effectively in high-volume service environments.
- Ability to maintain composure and work calmly under pressure.
- A reliable, punctual, and positive team player.
- A Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
