Experienced PIP Assessor - Clinical Trainer Hybrid / Remote - Yorkshire / North EastFull Time£45,000 Starting Salary + Bonuses PLEASE NOTE - THIS ROLE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR EXISTING PIP ASSESSORS WHO HAVE FULL DWP APPROVAL About the RoleEverpool Recruitment is recruiting for a Clinical Trainer to join a dynamic and supportive DWP Provider. This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to deliver innovative, solution-focused training within a collaborative and high-performing environment.The purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality training and ongoing support to healthcare professionals undertaking Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessments. You will ensure practitioners are equipped with the clinical knowledge, assessment skills, and professional standards required to deliver accurate, compliant, and compassionate assessments in line with Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) guidelines.This is a full-time role requiring regular travel to offices across Yorkshire and the North East. - % employer pension contribution What You'll Be DoingDesign and deliver structured training programmes for new and existing Health Practitioners (HPs) involved in PIP assessmentsFacilitate all stages of the PIP training pathway, including classroom-based learning, practical assessments, and portfolio completionEnsure training materials remain current and aligned with the latest DWP guidance and clinical standardsProvide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to support practitioner development and improve assessment qualityMonitor trainee performance, identify development areas, and implement targeted supportCollaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure training aligns with service delivery needs and KPIsSupport audit processes, identify trends, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiativesMaintain accurate training records for audit and compliance purposesAttend regular meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of training strategy and content What We're Looking ForApproved PIP Functional Assessor status is essential.A current HCPC/NMC professional registration (Nurse, Physio, OT, Paramedic).Training or coaching experience (formal qualification desirable but not essential)Experience in change managementPrevious audit experience is advantageous but not essential.
