Full Job Description
Are you passionate about patient care and eager to learn and develop your skills? We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our Physiotherapy Department at Haslemere Community Hospital.
In this dynamic role, you'll assist qualified physiotherapy staff in delivering high-quality and effective physiotherapy services to patients. You'll also play a key part in the smooth running of our clinics by assisting with patient appointments and scheduling alterations alongside the admin team.
You'll be supported by a team of Physiotherapists and established admin staff. The service operates Monday to Friday, with no weekend or bank holiday working., To assist the qualified physiotherapy staff in delivering a high quality and effective Physiotherapy service to patients in relevant clinical area. There will be a requirement to make patient appointments, schedule clinic alterations, ensuring clinics run smoothly alongside the admin team.
What we're looking for:o GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent)o Knowledge and experience equivalent to NVQ 3 in a relevant healthcare specialtyo Relevant physiotherapy assistant experienceo Experience of working within the NHSo Basic computer skillso Good written and spoken Englisho Awareness of the implications of confidentiality
