Full Job Description

This role will support the development of a therapy assistant to becoming a qualified Physiotherapist through the apprenticeship route. Day to Day you will contribute to assessments, provide therapy interventions, patient advice and support under the guidance of a qualified therapist. Additionally, you will contribute to operational delivery and service planning and development, as well as contribute to multidisciplinary team management across A&E and the assessment and short stay wards to prevent or facilitate early discharge as part of a seven day service.

The Physiotherapy degree apprenticeship involves the development of apprentices through 'on the job' training in the workplace, 'off the job' training in a university setting, and clinical placements.
