Full Job Description
As a Band 5 Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. You will be responsible for the assessment, planning, and delivery of tailored treatment programmes for patients with a wide range of complex needs.,
- Participate in the rotational scheme at Salford care organisation completing rotations across acute and community settings .
- Working as an autonomous practitioner within your scope of practice and in accordance with your job plan.
- Be responsible for your continuing professional development, actively participating in supervision, peer support and training and development programmes.
- Manage a caseload including prioritisation and delegation of work to therapy assistants, performing patient assessments and making a clinical judgement of the patient's needs.
- Develop, implement, evaluate and modify patient treatment programmes ensuring relevant pathways of care are followed in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team with onward referral to other agencies as appropriate.
- Be able to travel across the footprint of Salford whilst on community rotations
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records complying with Trust policies and procedures, upholding statutory, Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, and HCPC standards and codes of professional conduct.
Broad experience of physiotherapy at undergraduate or postgraduate level - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to use initiative independently
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- A passion and drive to deliver high-quality care and rehabilitation tailored to patient needs
