Full Job Description
Each rotation lasts about 6 months so over a period of just over a couple of years, you should have the necessary MSK skills to progress and apply for a senior position. This post will develop you as an MSK practitioner with the opportunity to supervise students (and with time junior 5's) and support with service development. - Under the supervision of an established senior you will undertake assessment and treatment of a wide range of MSK patients including upper limb, lower limb and spinal patients - The department has a mixed model of face to face, group and telemedicine.
- Referrals are received from Consultant and GP referrers.
- Supervision of pre graduate students and with time transitioning to supervision of junior rotation 5's.
- Participation in research / audit as required.
We have 2 posts available to join our MSK outpatient team at Band 5 level. Suitable for staff that have already been through core rotations, we are looking for those who are keen to develop their knowledge, skills and experience around MSK work.
