Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has an opportunity to join our Older Adults team in South Staffordshire, you will primarily be based at St Michaels Court in Lichfield. As a Registered Physiotherapist you will be part of a team striving to achieve the best in clinical care. The service will deliver a pathway of care in accordance with the latest evidence-base, which puts the service users needs at the centre of the service. Things that you will have: Registered Physiotherapist Experience of working with people who have difficulty in engaging with services and have complex health needs Strong team-working skills A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate A commitment to high-quality care and values and evidence-based practice Excellent teamwork skills, and professionalism You will be working primarily between Monday and Friday within the hours-of-service delivery 08:00-17:00.
