Physiotherapist

As a Physiotherapist, youll play a key role in supporting patients with complex neurological needs, providing evidence-based, patient-centred rehabilitation to help them achieve their individual goals and maximise their independence.,

• Assess patients needs and develop, deliver and evaluate individualised physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Provide rehabilitation through one-to-one and group interventions, monitoring progress and maintaining accurate clinical records.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT), patients, relatives and carers to ensure effective, coordinated care.
• Support and oversee junior staff, helping to maintain high standards of clinical practice.
• Promote and develop Priorys therapy services, supporting the growth and effectiveness of the service.
• Regularly review the service to ensure it provides high-quality, outcomes-focused and value-driven care.
  
  Elm Park, Colchester, Essex is a residential service supporting 17 adults with a range of needs. It is located in a suburban setting and is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes and nearby rail links into Colchester and surrounding areas. Due to the location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended.
