As part of our transition to Active Neuro, the therapy service is evolving into a seven-day model of care to better support the rehabilitation needs of our clients. As a result, occasional pre-arranged weekend working will be required. You will also be expected to work Bank Holidays as required by the service, with enhanced pay provided in line with company policy.,

• Provide expert assessment and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions for clients with complex neurological conditions, including traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, spinal cord injury, and polytrauma.
• Deliver specialist respiratory and tracheostomy care as part of a holistic, person-centred rehabilitation plan.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of physiotherapy programmes, supporting functional recovery and person-specific goals.
• Utilise advanced rehabilitation technologies, including Arm Motus M2 Pro, Wrist Motus, Ankle Motus, Kinestica Equio Balance System, and EMG-assisted devices, to enhance patient outcomes.
• Actively participate in service development initiatives, including implementing physiotherapy protocols, contributing to clinical guidelines, and identifying opportunities for quality improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to junior physiotherapy staff and students, sharing knowledge and fostering clinical excellence.
• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT), patients, families, and carers to deliver coordinated, person-centred care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, contribute to audits, and ensure compliance with professional standards and local policies.
