Full Job Description
- Independently assess and treat MSK, orthopaedic, and inpatient cases.
- Champion patient care and deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy.
- Participate in the Personal Performance & Development Reviews.
- Work closely with Consultants, GPs, and a multi-disciplinary team to create seamless care pathways.
- Drive service improvements through audits, research, and the integration of new care methods and technologies., Take reassurance from knowing that your interviewer can often be as nervous as you. Be polite, honest and open, maintaining eye contact with them. Talk as clearly and confidently as you can and if you don't understand a question, ask for clarification. When answering, focus on positive experiences and be prepared to go into detail about your previous positions and your future aspirations.

- Interest in clinical education or service development.
- Keen to contribute to innovative service delivery models.
