As a Physiotherapist, you are responsible for devising, developing, delivering and updating individualised rehabilitation and/or therapy/support plans with peer support and supervision. You will be required to provide support, guidance and training to therapy and care assistants. You will provide ongoing treatment, monitoring and support to service users' physical needs which will see you identify and source specialist equipment and advise on mobility and use of equipment. With a strong emphasis on teamwork, youll receive support from a regional network of healthcare professionals and enjoy access to a variety of training courses to support you reach your career goals. As a Physiotherapist you will be: Supporting and assisting qualified staff in the assessment,

You provide ongoing treatment, monitoring, and support, identifying and sourcing specialist equipment, and advising on mobility. The role involves teamwork with support from a regional network of healthcare professionals and access to training courses. Duties include supporting and assisting qualified staff in patient rehabilitation care, delivering Physiotherapy services, providing leadership following clinical governance, and working as part of the multidisciplinary Neuro care team. You manage physiotherapy assessments and treatment of complex neurological conditions and evaluate treatment and rehabilitation plans. Effective clinical reasoning and evidence-based practices are vital, as well
as risk assessment and the selection and application of assessment tools.
