Physical Health Nurse (RGN)

Cygnet Group are looking for a Physical Health Nurse (RGN) to join our dynamic and forward thinking team, working 42 hours a week (working Monday to Friday 09:00 am till 05:00 pm) at Cygnet Sedgley House and Cygnet Sedgley Lodge. Cygnet Sedgley House and Cygnet Sedgley Lodge offer a 34 bed high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for men with complex needs. The service is designed to provide an environment that promotes mental health recovery by focusing on space, personal privacy and dignity. Cygnet Sedgley House is a 20 bed service providing a full multi-disciplinary team (MDT) including occupational therapy, psychology and psychiatry, with support from registered nurses and support workers. We can provide support for those in the early stages of their rehabilitation journey, including one to one support where needed. We offer activities and therapies on-site, as well as accessing community resources. Cygnet Sedgley Lodge, a 14 bed service that provides increased
independence and a more outward-looking community-based programme. This part of the service also benefits from a full MDT, including their own Consultant Psychiatrist.
