Working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive physical health care plans and contribute to the well-being of patients, families, and staff alike., As a Registered Physical Health Nurse with Elysium Healthcare, you will be integral to ensuring the optimal physical well-being of patients at Rhodes Wood Hospital. Your responsibilities include coordinating healthcare plans, supporting staff with routine tests, and leading the development of care plans. The role requires facilitating ECGs, overseeing nasogastric tube feeding training, and being the infection control lead. Additionally, you will chair the hospital's healthy living group and conduct clinical audits. A full NMC registration, 2-3 years of experience, and skills in NG feeding and phlebotomy are essential. You'll also support immunizations and health promotions, and operate within a supportive environment dedicated to excellent patient care.
