As a qualified Physical Health Nurse, you will lead and coordinate all aspects of the physical health needs of service users, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork with the multidisciplinary team., The role involves facilitating physical healthcare plans/treatments for patients, ensuring routine and ad hoc tests are carried out, leading the development and review of all care plans for physical health, supporting the clinical team, and promoting physical well-being topics. You will be working at the Farndon Unit, a purpose-built low secure hospital that offers personalized assessment and recovery-based treatment pathways.
