Physical Health Lead (Part time)

As a Physical Health Lead, you will be responsible for providing and developing best practice clinical advice surround physical health subjects and concerns to the ward-based teams. With experience from the NHS and/or private sector, you will have knowledge and skills in leading physical healthcare and its governance. This will see you provide a health promotion programme, designing and delivering the Elysium Physical Healthcare Strategy and providing training and supervision to junior staff. You will lead service development and improvement projects for physical healthcare as you encourage service users to maintain and develop their physical health.
