The Physical Health Lead role at Elysium Healthcare is a unique opportunity for an experienced Nurse to make a significant impact on the physical healthcare provision for service users at the St Neots Neurological Hospital. This part-time position involves developing and leading physical healthcare pathways, delivering health promotion programs, and providing training and supervision to support the clinical teams in maintaining the physical wellbeing of the service users., As the Physical Health Lead, you will be responsible for providing and developing best practice clinical advice surrounding physical health subjects and concerns to the ward-based teams. With your experience from the NHS and/or private sector, you will have the knowledge and skills to lead physical healthcare and its governance. This will involve creating a health promotion program, designing and delivering the Elysium Physical Healthcare Strategy, and providing training and supervision to junior staff. You will also lead service development and improvement projects for physical healthcare, encouraging service users to maintain and develop their physical health.
