Phlebotomist

This is a position working within the nursing team for the role of part-time phlebotomist. The successful candidate will be providing blood drawing services to patients from an age range of 12 and older. Working closely with the wider nursing and clinical teams to ensure best practice, high standards of care and quality of service. Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants will be required to demonstrate their right to work in the UK at interview. Please note this is a part time role offering 30 hours a week and the salary offered is the actual pro rata'd equivalent.,

• Undertake the collection of intravenous blood samples
• Ensure the maintenance of treatment room equipment and stock levels relating to patient care
• Ensure accurate notes of all consultations are recorded contemporaneously in the patients electronic records
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
