Phlebotomist

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Phlebotomy Team, working across our six sites. We are looking for an experienced Phlebotomist, Could you help provide a high quality, timely and effective phlebotomy service, then we want to hear from you. Be part of shaping an expanding phlebotomy service in Dudley. You will help to provide a high-quality Phlebotomy service that offers the best possible standards of patient care to our outpatients. This role will support the 7-day service we offer and will include weekend and evening working., Within your induction period you will gain essential venepuncture skills, understand the legal framework behind your clinical activities, increase your clinical competence and build confidence engaging with our patients. You will get to know our Phlebotomy service; understand the vital role it plays within the wider Trust and will be buddied up with other team members whilst you train. This is an exciting time for the service and for those that wish to, the Trust has developed a career pathway that can lead you into other roles and services.
