Full Job Description
This role is at the heart of a busy team, ensuring that projects are well organised, clearly tracked, and delivered on time. You will coordinate a portfolio of philanthropy-related projects, keeping everyone aligned on priorities, progress, and next steps. You'll manage workflows and systems (including tools such as SharePoint), track actions from briefing meetings, and ensure that information is up to date and accessible. Acting as a central point of coordination, you'll help colleagues understand where projects stand and what's needed to move them forward. In this role, your coordination and organisation will directly support the work that enables research, scholarships, and ideas to thrive.

- Experience coordinating projects or workflows in a professional environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Confidence using digital tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, Planner, SharePoint) and learning new systems
- Ability to work with a range of stakeholders and communicate clearly and effectively
- Comfortable gathering, structuring, and presenting information in a clear and accessible way, This role does not meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa under the UK Visa & Immigration points-based system. We are therefore unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
